According to Russian President Vladimir Poutine, it is still too early to discuss the causes of the explosion in the St. Petersburg metro, but it says that all tracks are studied.

“Unfortunately, we are obliged to start our meeting by evoking this tragic event, the causes are not yet determined, which is why it is too early to talk about it, the investigation will show. But, of course, we always consider all the tracks – accidental, criminal and of course that of the terrorist attack, “said the Russian President during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko.

Vladimir Poutine expressed his condolences to the relatives of the victims of the explosion in the St. Petersburg metro.

The Russian President said that the security forces were working hard to determine the causes of the tragic incident.

According to Vladimir Poutine, the municipal and federal authorities will do their utmost to help those affected by the explosions in the St. Petersburg metro.

The situation in the St. Petersburg metro was discussed by Vladimir Poutine with the head of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).
