Rural women are those suffering to feed the world, but they are seen between marginalized people in Cameroon and in the world.

“Although the ordinance of 1974 offers equal opportunities to men and women to obtain a landed title, habitual right surmises in our patriarchy society permits to women just to explore ground not to be the owner of it”

declared Habiba, a militant of women’s rights.

Statistics of Ministry of the Domain of Cadastre and land Affairs proves show that only 3% of women have a landed title in Cameroon. To ameliorate this issue, the Cameroon government has put in place in every region through the same ministry, a campaign of information and vulgarization of landed rights for vulnerable people in general and for women in particular.
