The Cameroonian press is in mourning. The writer and journalist Gilbert Tsala Ekani left the newsrooms on Tuesday, 20 November 2018. Graduated from the ex-Higher School of Journalism of Yaounde (now ESSTIC), Gilbert Tsala Ekani died at the age of 63, after having worked for decades at the Crtv radio.
Born in Leboudi, a village of the Eton ethnic group located five kilometers from Yaounde in the Center region, the body of Gilbert Tsala Ekani, learned Camer.be, was deposited that same day, at the morgue of the central hospital of Yaounde.
